Kemi Olunloyo Vs Seyi Law’s Daughter: Medical Advice Or Personal Vendetta

Kemi Olunloyo

The out-burst of embattled journalist, self acclaimed pharmacist, Kemi Olunloyo and comedian Seyi Law has over weekend sparked outrage about the daughter of the comedian on the social media. The rift between these two celebrities started months ago, when Kemi made a comment about the comedian’s new born Tiwa. She referred to the baby as obese and advised that Seyi Law should take her for a medical check-up.

According to Kemi Olunloyo on her IG page, it was just a friendly advice given to a colleague being a health practitioner. However, the comedian did not find her ‘friendly advice’ as ‘friendly’.

Kemi Olunloyo was arrested a few months ago and imprisoned in Portharcourt over defamation of character. The embattled journalist who had declared that she was a changed person and a born again Christian just after her release from prison seem to have gone back to her old self. What was supposed to be a medical advice to Seyi Law about his baby’s weight has turned out to be vindictive towards the baby.  She compared the baby to a ”cartoon character dog” just because Seyi Law expressed his excitement about her arrest.

She did not only compare baby Tiwa to a cartoon, but she also compared her to the babies that were delivered in prison while she was remanded there. According to her, the babies born in prison were healthier than Seyi Law’s. She also said, his baby could hardly move in a crawling video he had posted on her. This sparked outrage not just between the two celebrities, but also between the fans of the comedian and the journalist. This led many fans to rain curses and abuses on Kemi.

In her usual manner, Kemi Olunloyo took to her IG page to return the favour by redirecting the curses and abuses rained on her back to the comedian, his wife and innocent daughter. What we do not understand is why Kemi dragged a little baby into a feud she knows nothing about? Is this really an advice or a personal vendetta?

Can a nine month old baby really be described as obese? Does Kemi have the right to refer to another person’s child as obese? A Celeb Police agent has started an investigation on this matter.
